Real Estate Referral Partner Program

Our Sonoma County based referral program is built for Bay Area agents who regularly work with clients considering ADUs, custom homes, or value-add opportunities on unique lots. By introducing your clients to our curated home plans, site-specific feasibility assessments, and permitting coordination, you help them better understand what’s possible before they commit.

We work collaboratively with you and your clients, respect your role in the transaction, and provide clear, professional support throughout the pre-construction process. In return, we offer a straightforward 10% referral fee on eligible design and consulting services, paid out monthly. You also get a dependable local partner you can confidently recommend.

Eligible products include:

  • Project Assessment – $250
  • Small Home Drawing Sets – $675 – $1400
  • Additional Services – varies, approx. $1200+

To sign up for the program please click on the signup page link below and fill in our signup form. After the form is completed you will be sent a docusign email to sign our Referral Partner Agreement, and fill out and sign a W9. Once we’ve completed a review of the docs, you’ll be ready to go. Please note that the referral fees have been reviewed for legality, and are NOT dependent on any home sale.
