Purchase Terms & Conditions

Please ensure the plan you select meets your needs, as all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Your plans will be available for download and/or ready to ship in 3-5 business days.

Our home plans are designed to meet the International Residential Code (IRC) and the local codes applicable in the designer’s jurisdiction or the location where the original home was built. Because building requirements vary by state, county, and municipality, your plan may require modifications to comply with local regulations. This is especially common in areas with coastal conditions, seismic activity, high winds, or heavy snow loads. If you are building in one of these regions, you will likely need a licensed structural engineer to provide required calculations and supplementary drawings.

By using our plans, you agree to fully comply with all local building codes, ordinances, regulations, permitting requirements, and inspection procedures in effect during your project. We encourage you to consult your local building department to confirm current standards.

Our pre-drawn plans do not include an architect’s or engineer’s stamp. If your jurisdiction requires stamped drawings, you will need to retain a licensed professional to review and stamp the plans.

Zen Harmony Homes retains ownership and all rights to the plans. As the Licensor, the designer grants you, the Licensee, a limited license to use the plans for the construction of a single structure. All plans are protected under the Federal Copyright Act, Title 17 of the U.S. Code, and Chapter 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations. You may not reuse, resell, copy, or reproduce the plans in any form without explicit authorization.
