Mendocino Coast One Bedroom Cottage Home Construction Drawing Set
Each Drawing Set for all of our models will include the following sheets:
- Cover Sheet – Rendering, sheet index, miscellaneous notes, blank space for local notes.
- Structural Drawings – Foundation Plan, RSG3D Panel Plan with engineering details and calculations.
- Floor Plans – Plan view with the names and dimensions of all the room, location of equipment and fixtures.
- Exterior Elevations – Technical two dimensional drawings showing each side of the building, exterior finish information and heights.
- Sections – Drawings depicting a slice through the building, detailed construction information.
- Enlarged Plans – 1/2″ Scale Kitchen and Bathroom plans.
- Details – Waterpoofing methods, miscellaneous construction requirements.
- Schedules – Includes plumbing fixture schedules, lighting fixture schedules, equipment schedules, cabinet schedules and countertop schedules. They are left generic to allow for future finish choices, providing the information required by the local building department.
- Electrical Plan – All electrical devices, including the lights, switches, outlets, smoke detectors and panels.
